John Golden, originally from Australia, has extensive experience in piloting both power and sailboats of all sizes. He has worked in the marine industry, worldwide, for 25 years and has been delivering vessels since 1986. He has delivered vessels of all sizes and has run day charter catamarans and a commercial tug. John currently owns a 41ft aluminum cutter based in St Maarten. RYA Yachtmaster power and sail.

Shane Lavin hails from Sligo in Ireland. He has been sailing since his youth when he sailed dinghies. He started cruising in his late teens and has never looked back. A full time delivery skipper for eight years he has logged over 200,000 miles in boats ranging from 30 to 100. When not delivering he lives on his own boat, a 35 year old classic Blackwatch 37 based in Grenada. He is currently studying to complete his Class 4 ticket.

Peter Wilkins started sailing at the age of six. He was first taught by his father and then through various Royal Marine/Royal Navy and RYA establishments in Plymouth/Falmouth ares of SW England.
Between leaving school and becoming a professional skipper, Peter was involved in Architectural Reclamation and Antique dealing. During this time he was involved in a small amount of racing and numerous cruising trips with family and friends.
In 1997 Peter went professional and worked on various charter boats
until finally he started working as a delivery skipper with Atlas in 1998. He has delivered numerous boats of all different sizes and has in excess of 60,000 miles logged.
In late 2001 and early 2002 he attended courses at various maritime
schools and achieved a certificate with the MCA as a class IV stcw 95
